Chloe Delmonte's works are borne of an appreciation for the Earth’s raw natural beauty and a fascination with the celestial bodies it orbits. Using reactive experiemntal glaze processes, Chloe's works are reminiscent of organic objects pulled from the ground; fossils, barnacles, lava, stone.
Much of her work uses both form and texture to manifest and explore the life cycles of the natural world and the effects of death, decay and the passage of time on objects. Much of her Aesthetic is reminiscent of rust, lichen, or primitive ancient vessels marred by the passage of time and is characterized by an earthy, elemental colour palette.

Chloe is currently living and working between London and Manhattan.
